Dinner: We got the new Kentucky Grilled Chicken for free for dinner! It was actually really moist and delicious, and I tried to pick the skin off, but it was pretty tempting. I also had some delicious yellow squash and green beans. My salad had iceberg lettuce, 1 oz. goat cheese, carrots, onion, and cucumber. I really love the goat cheese on top!
Dessert: Fruit ‘n’ yogurt parfait from McDonald’s with a few added strawberries and cantaloupe. So good!
It’s been quite an adjustment for my body and my mind. I’m trying to get used to actually feeling hunger. I’m trying to come to terms with the fact that I am eating less than the number of calories my body needs to maintain it’s current weight, so it’s pretty unavoidable that I’ll feel hungry. For now, I’m going to finish last night’s Desperate Housewives, and then do some Pilate’s and weights. Night!
