Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal+ 1 cup strawberries. I loved having so many strawberries, but there it was a little to liquid-y, so I’ll leave out some of the water next time.
Lunch: Left-over chicken salad, this time with 1 small apple cut up and mixed in with about a cup of lettuce. So, so yummy!
Lunch: 1 oz. sun chips.
Snack: Green Monster. I don’t think I would make this again. It wasn’t gross, but it wasn’t really good either. I think if I left the spinach out it would be much better. (Ingredients: 2 cups spinach, 1 cup original almond breeze milk, 1 tablespoon ground flax seed, 3 strawberries, 1 banana, 2 cups crushed ice)
