Dinner: Pasta with chicken, cauliflower, and broccoli in a garlic sauce.
Dinner: Salad with butter lettuce, onion, carrot, and 2 tbs. hummus. This hummus is from Aldi and only has 40 calories and 2 grams of fat per serving. It’s also very good!
Dessert: Smoothie with 1 banana, about a cup of strawberries, 1 tbs. flax seed meal, 1 cup Almond Breeze (original), and a cup of ice. So much better than the Green Monster from yesterday. This will be sticking around!
Exercise: Today was my short run, so I did that. I also really wanted to try the 30 Day Shred, so I did that, too. Let me tell you, it was hard! I’m embarrassed to say I had to modify a lot!! Tomorrow is my cross training day (30 minutes), and I’m not sure what I’ll do for that. Any ideas?
