Breakfast: I’ve seen this yogurt all over the foodie blogs, so of course I had to try it. Let me tell you, this may be the I’m-on-a-diet-so-all-food-tastes-better part of me speaking, but this really was pretty darn close to eating strawberry frosting for breakfast. It was delicious. If anyone out there is debating whether or not to try it, you should! Oh, and I also added 1/4 cup of granola to add a crunch. Plain yogurt will never be the same.
Lunch: Yummy sushi. I know brown rice would have been better, but they were out yesterday at Publix. Either way, it was very tasty and actually pretty filling. I’m getting over the constant feeling of hunger.
Look what I found when I walked into the kitchen! I’ve seen this even on non-foodie blogs, and have been really wanting to see what all the fuss is about. So now I can! I’m very excited (read: scared) to try this out. Oh, and I also wanted to fill you in on my workout last night. I did about 30 minutes of Pilates, and then about 20 minutes of weights (3 lbs). It was quite a kick in the rear doing the Pilates. I used to be able to do this pretty well I thought, but it was so hard for me last night. The good news is that now I can only improve! That’s pretty motivating.
Today is my light running day (2.5 miles), so I’ll be back later to share about that and the rest of my food for the day.
