Pre-lunch: I had these left over from yesterday. A yummy pre-lunch snack.
Lunch: Sandwich with 2 oz. chicken, 1 wedge laughing cow light creamy Swiss, lettuce, and thinly sliced cucumber on Ezekiel bread. I was skeptical about it, but it was actually really delicious.
Snack: 1 oz Sun chips. So addicting.
Dinner: Another favorite- salad with carrots, cucumber, and 1 oz. goat cheese.
Dinner: My dad baked these delicious potatoes with garlic seasoning. Plus 2 oz. pork tenderloin that was so good as well.
Dinner: Left over green beans that were just as good as before!
This was a really good and filling meal.Dessert: Baskin Robbins had free ice cream today, so I really wanted to get some. Unfortunately, my dad and I are not ice cream fanatics (or should that be fortunately), so we ended up not being able to find the Baskin Robins. Since we were both in the mood for ice cream by that point, we resorted to the next best thing- McDonald’s $1 ice cream cones. It definitely hit the spot!
Exercise: Today was cross training, and I didn’t really know what to do for that. I ended up doing the Shred(20 min.), and then Pilates (30 min.). I’m really feeling it, too. I’m so sore!!

Weight: Haha, yeah right! ;)
