Breakfast: I woke up later than I have been lately (shocking, I know!), so I didn’t really want a big breakfast. Plus, I didn’t really feel good- eating breakfast is still new to my tummy. I had a Special K bar and some water just to get things going.
Lunch: I really enjoyed the the cucumber in the sandwich yesterday, so I added a little more today. The sandwich included about 1/2 cup cucumber, 2 oz. chicken, 1 wedge laughing cow light swiss cheese, and 2 slices whole wheat bread (these were only 40 calories each).
Lunch: I also sliced up an apple on the side.
Lunch: I was still a little hungry, so I sliced some baby carrots in half and dipped them in some hummus.
I’ve still got a 2 mile run to get in today, so I’ll tell you how that goes tonight!
