Breakfast: I started out the day with Chobani blueberry nonfat yogurt topped with a cut up banana. I have to say, I didn’t like this flavor quite as much as the other two.Here’s the nutrition information, in case you’re interested.

I also wanted to post this recipe Emily left in the comments the other day to help me remember to make it some time.
“I wanted to share a great post workout snack I made yesterday.
6 oz vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp canned pumpkin
1/2 scoop vanilla bean BL protein powder
1 tbsp PB2 powder
1/4 cup fiber one cereal
Mix all of that up and it’s a great protein packed snack to help your muscles repair after your workout. And it tastes amaaaaaaazing!!!!!!!!!!”
