Dinner: Yes, it’s more chicken (2 oz.), pasta (1 cup), and pesto (1 oz.). This stuff is so addicting!
Dessert: Banana milkshake- 1 banana, 3/4 cup light vanilla ice cream, 1 cup almond breeze, and 1 tbs. flax seed meal. This was delicious, but a little high in calories. Perfect for a little weekend indulgence.
Exercise: Since the weather decided to turn bad, I decided to switch my jogging day to tomorrow. I did some weight lifting today instead (plus the pilates from earlier).
