Obviously there is no substitute for avocado could be as nutritious as fresh avocado, but I think this stuff comes pretty close. It tastes so good.
Lunch: I was craving a wrap with some of the guacamole, so I put 1 tbs. (1/2 a serving) on one Azteca tortilla (also 1/2 a serving). I then added 1 oz. chicken, 1/2 an oz. of goat cheese, and a little under a cup of organic baby spinach. Doesn’t it look amazing? It was!
Lunch: I had planned to add this cucumber to my wrap, but it wasn’t working, so I ate it on the side and dipped it in the other tbs. of guacamole. Also on the side, I had a serving (1 oz.) of sun chips. My favorite are the Harvest Cheddar, in case you didn’t notice.
Exercise: I just got done with 30 minutes of pilates. I’m really loving doing pilates; it’s actually fun for me! I’ve still got my 3 mile run to do later.
