Hey everyone, how was your Thursday?
Breakfast~ Okay, this looks kind of gross, and… it was. Well, it actually wasn’t too bad, just kind of weird. If you ever see me trying weird things like this, just assume I saw it on a food blog.
Lunch~ This tuna salad was actually really good. It had tons of veggies and flavors.
I came home from my run to find this cat had been sleeping the whole time I was jogging.
Snack~ I wanted a little snack after I ran. This hit the spot!
Dinner~ Greek chicken with 1/2 water, 1/2 crystal light lemonade.
Exercise~ Today was my 2 mile run/ strength day. So, I jogged 2 miles. I really was trying to improve my time, so I pushed myself extra hard. I cut 5 minutes off my time, which I am happy about. After dinner, I did 10 minutes of pilates, then remembered that I have an exercise ball upstairs, so I got that out and did 20 minutes of pilates-esque exercises on that. The dvd I used with the exercise ball ended with a really good stretch that felt so good. I can already tell the ab exercises on the ball really work because I’m sore already!
Fiber: 20 g
H2O: I didn’t really keep track today :(
Weight loss: -5 lbs.
