Breakfast: I started out the day with another mini bagel with an egg and 1/4 cup feta cheese and some fruit on the side. A good choice, I must say!
Lunch: This chicken salad was made with greek yogurt.
Snack: These strawberries were very sweet.
Look how gorgeous this watermelon is. It’s the first one we’ve bought this summer, and it was amazingly delicious!
Dinner: We had steak, potatoes, and corn for dinner. I ate the watermelon for dessert.
Dessert: I guess I actually had two desserts ;) This was the first time I’ve tried one of these, and it did not disappoint!
I can’t wait to have some fresh home-made basil pesto.
Exercise: Today was 40 minute cross training. I did about 22 minutes cardio dance, 30 minutes of a walking dvd (2 miles), and my exercise ball dvd. My abs are sore now.
Fiber: 23 g
