Dinner: Couscous with about 1/4 c. cucumber.
Dinner: 3.5 oz. pineapple chicken and zucchini.
Dessert: I’ve got a biscuit baking in the over right now (that’s why there’s no picture) to eat as an after dinner snack since I’ve got quite a few calories left over.
Exercise: As I mentioned before, I jogged 3.1 miles today. I also did a 20-minute mile (it’s a walking dvd that also uses hand weights) with mom, and 10 minutes ab exercises on the stability ball.
Calories: 1,328 (yes, that’s with the biscuit)
Fiber: 15 g
H2O: 96 oz.
Weight loss: -6.6 lbs.
