Hey everyone, I hope your week is going well!Breakfast: Reduced fat peanut butter on 1 slice light white bread. I just love peanut butter in the morning, but I definitely like it better on one of the mini bagels (we were out today, but we’re stocked up again now).
Lunch: We had a coupon for a free chargrilled chicken sandwich with the purchase of a medium fruit cup and medium diet coke. When I got home, I took off the bottom half of the bun because it was soggy from the pickle (I don’t like pickles). I also had a serving of sun chips on the side.
Dinner: We got these flat out spinach wraps today, and I couldn’t wait to try one with my dinner. I know they’re nothing new, but they’re new to me!
Dinner: I mixed 4 oz. of chicken with some 2 oz. of pesto and some chopped grapes, and plopped it onto the flat out wrap. I know this may sound like a really gross combo, but it was so amazingly delicious and very filling (the wrap does have 9 g fiber, after all!). On the side, I had some chopped carrots with the yogurt dressing. Oh, and who could forget those fresh off the vine strawberries?! My dad and I picked strawberries this morning (I’ll post some pictures in the morning), and I was so excited to try some. They were so sweet and amazing and so worth the extra effort! This was definitely a successful dinner!!!
Exercise: Today I did 15 minutes yoga (and was dying!), and 15 minutes of step aerobics (I know, how ’80s of me!). And as soon as I finish this post, I’m gonna go do a 30 minute walk/jog dvd.
