Hey Everyone, how’s your Friday been? Are you excited for the weekend?!
I wasn’t very hungry for breakfast, but I was in the mood for my yummy PB and WW bagel combo.
I had a bigger appetite for lunch, so I mixed up the last of the chicken salad with some pesto and grapes, and put it on a wrap. I had some more gorgeous strawberries on the side.
About an hour after lunch, I did a 4-mile Walk Away the Pounds video. It lasted about 55 minutes, and really left me sweaty!
Dinner was on the lighter side because my lunch was pretty filling. The salad consisted of butter lettuce, fresh spinach, grated carrots, 1 oz. creamy goat cheese, 3 oz. salmon, and .5 oz. pesto sauce on top. I saved banana for dessert.
Dessert was the banana mixed in with 3 oz. plain nonfat chobani and some honey.
