I started off the morning with a yummy cinnamon mini bagel and grapes. I made these with Parkay spray butter, Splenda, and cinnamon.
Then I headed over to the pool for some relaxation and reading. It was a little cloudy but when the sun was shining it was nice.
I thought about swimming, but it was a little cold and there was a ton of grass all in the pool. Not pretty.
If you haven’t noticed, I like to do repeat meals if I really like something. Since I liked the pizza from last night so much, I decided to make another one for lunch. This time I used more spinach, 1/4 c. light feta cheese, .5 oz. turkey bacon, 1/4 c. spaghetti sauce all on a tortilla. On the side, I sliced up a couple carrots to dip in 2 tbs. hummus.
A little while after lunch I decided to do some exercising. I did the 4-mil Walk Away the Pounds (WATP) dvd again today. I think it’s my favorite WATP video we own.
After my workout, I was ready for a little snack. We got this peanut butter last night at Publix, and I was excited to try it.
I cut up a small fuji apple and dipped it in the PB. It was the perfect post-workout treat.
For dinner I made a wrap with .5 oz. goat cheese, lots of spinach, 1 oz. deli chicken, and 1/2 an avocado. On the side I had an ear of corn and a huge bowl of watermelon.
Dessert was a couple cinnamon rolls from last night and a cup of milk.
