I have been such a bad food blogger lately! I hardly ever get to see Morgan, so we had to get some time in before she leaves for Jamaica. [Morgan: I’m expecting tons of pictures!] Anyway, I hope everyone’s week is going well so far!!!
Yesterday, I started out with a 3.1-mile run. It was not my best run. My back was sore [I must have slept wrong on it or something], which made it hard, plus it was really windy. By the last hill, I was getting some bad cramps, so I had to walk it, and I felt really lame for walking. I still did it in the same amount of time as the last time, but I was really hoping to run it faster. Oh well, there’s always next time!
After my run, I had a strawberry Chobani. Obviously, I was too exhausted to take a picture! ;)
Morgan and I wanted to have lunch outside. We both made up some wraps. Mine had 2 oz. chicken, .5 oz. goat cheese, and lots of spinach on a tortilla. I also had carrots and 2 tbs. hummus on the side.
I had a snack of sun chips before dinner.
Dinner was 3 oz. steak, 2 tbs. plain chobani, 1/3 of an avocado, onions, and lettuce on a tortilla. So good and filling!
Dessert was a smoothie/milkshake with 1 c. almond breeze, 1/2 c. light vanilla ice cream, tons of strawberries, some cantaloupe, and 1 tbs. flax seed meal. I loved it!
