Any guesses as to how many miles I jogged today? Well if you didn’t figure it out from the title already, I ran 4 miles! I was so proud of myself when I finished my 4-mile run in 1:11. Here’s the breakdown of how long each mile took me:
Mile 1: 18 min.
Mile 2: 18 min.
Mile 3: 20 min.
Mile 4: 15 min.
As you can probably tell, the 3rd mile was the hardest for me, but I got a little burst of energy in the 4th mile.
For breakfast, I had a mini bagel with an egg and 1/4 c. feta cheese. On the side I had some grapes.
I had lunch after I did my run. I had a tortilla pizza with 1/4 c. spaghetti sauce, onion, spinach, 1/4 c. feta cheese, and 1/2 oz. turkey bacon. On the side, I had lots of carrots and 2 tbs. hummus.
For dinner, I had this delicious Greek chicken, which included 1 chicken thigh, red potatoes, green beans, and some feta cheese.
For dessert, I really wanted a caramel sundae from McDonald’s, but apparently the store near me doesn’t serve that, so I just got the plain vanilla soft serve.
I also had this chocolate chip 100 calorie pack when I got back home, since I missed out on the caramel.
