Hey everyone! You probably noticed I didn’t blog yesterday. I took the day off of taking pictures and tracking my food in order to keep my sanity. I’m back today with pictures and stats!
I wanted to have a light breakfast, so I had a mini WW bagel and watermelon.
For lunch, I put together a wrap with creamy goat cheese, spinach, chicken, and guac all wrapped up in a tortilla. On the side I had some BBQ potato chips (hey, it is Memorial Day!).
Before dinner, Mom and I did a 1-mile walk (20 minutes including stretching).
Since we’d already had cook-out food two days in a row, we decided to have a not-so-traditional Memorial Day dinner. I had 3 oz. Perch on a salad with pesto sauce, carrots, spinach, lettuce, and onion. I also had some sweet potato fries and a Diet Caffeine-free Coke.
For dessert, we got a McDonald’s low fat vanilla ice cream cup with a 100 calorie chocolate covered pretzel crumbled on top. So, so, sinfully good!
