Hey everyone! How’s your Wednesday going? I got in a wonderful workout this afternoon with the addition of my ipod. I downloaded an album that was designed for exercising, and it made walking/jogging outside so much more enjoyable. I jogged a mile in 18 minutes, and then walked for about 42 more minutes (I was trying to do an hour, in case you didn’t notice). It was so hot but I was just glad it didn’t rain today!
I woke up to the smell of turkey bacon cooking, and knew I had to incorporate that into my breakfast. I cooked up an egg and feta cheese and mixed in an ounce of turkey bacon. I wrapped it all up in a tortilla and it was DEE-licious!
Lunch was also so simple and so amazing. I had a mini WW bagel with a tbs. light PB, cucumber with hummus, sun chips, and part of an orange.
For dinner, I had 3 oz. BBQ chicken, more cucumber and hummus, some baked potato fries, and some left-over couscous.
I’m also planning on having a peach nonfat Chobani with some granola before I head to bed. Yum!
