Yes, you read that right– I lost 3.6 pounds this week! I was pretty worried after the 2 cook-outs this past weekend, but this has given me more confidence that I can lose the weight while still enjoying my summer.
For lunch, I had a toasted mini bagel with spray butter and a banana.
I also spent some more time at the pool today. I’m so enjoying this weather.
Lunch consisted of about 4 oz. steak and some cucumber and carrots with hummus.
Okay, I know this is an awful picture. We ate dinner at Taco Mac and it was dark, plus I forgot my camera, so I has to use my phone camera. Anyway, I had the Mac’s Club (I ate half) and sweet potato fries (I only ate half of those, too).
After dinner, Dad and I went for a 2-mile walk at a nearby track. It took us about 35 minutes (he walks a lot faster than me, obviously!).
