I had a lazy bum morning :( I just couldn’t get going for some reason. Hopefully I’ll feel more motivated tomorrow.
When I finally did get some breakfast, I had a mini WW bagel with an egg and feta cheese.
After breakfast, I did 30 minutes of pilates. I really should do this more, because it felt so good.
For lunch, I had the other half of the club sandwich from Taco Mac, and a banana.
After lunch, I went to Morgan’s to watch LMN and bake muffins. We made cinnamon and blueberry mini muffins (120 cal ea.), and I had one of each. They were so good.
We had a great dinner, which consisted of haddock, couscous, and a big salad.
After dinner, Dad and I went for a walk at a new local park. We walked for about 50 minutes, but I’m not quite sure how far we went. The trail had some beautiful views.
