For lunch, I had a tortilla pizza with onion, feta cheese, pizza sauce, and cucumber. Something in this really bothered my tongue– probably the onion. By the time I was ready to eat the pineapple, I couldn’t even eat it because my tongue hurt too bad. I guess I put too much onion on the pizza or something.
My tongue was still burning pretty badly at dinner time, so I ordered something pretty bland- a cheese quesadilla and a crispy taco. Since I had so much extra lettuce on my plate, I ended up dumping the contents of the taco onto it and just eating it like a salad. I know the quesadilla could not have been very good for me, but something you just need a splurge!
I know there are several readers of my blog who are concerned about my calorie intake being too low. Those of you who fall under that category will be happy to know that I edited my activity level at SparkPeople, and it upped my calorie range to 1350-1750 calories. I’ll try this out for next week, and if I don’t lose any, I’ll go back to what I was doing before. But hey, who wouldn’t want to eat more and still lose weight?!
Alright, I’m heading out to go pick up Morgan for a walk. Let’s hope the rain holds off long enough for us to get our walk in! I’ll see y’all tomorrow!
