For breakfast, I had PB on a toasted ww bagel, with a banana on the side.
Lunch was the other half of my pesto pasta with chicken. I would have steamed some broccoli to go in it, but the kitchen floor was still wet from being cleaned, and I had already almost fallen on my butt.
Dinner was amazing as usual. I started out with this gigantic salad, since I hadn’t had any veggies yet.
The main part of the meal was this great red beans and rice mix with turkey sausage (or was it chicken sausage? I can’t remember). This meal was so filling and we’ve got leftovers, so don’t be surprised if you see it again soon.
An hour or so after dinner, I met Morgan for a 3-mile walk. Walking with someone else is so much more enjoyable than walking alone. After walking, I was really craving some fruits in form of a smoothie. I chose frozen blueberries + flax meal + almond milk + pineapple.
It turned out beautiful and delicious, but I kind of missed my usual banana in the mix.
Here’s a picture of me taken just yesterday. I look really tired for some reason, but I like the braid Morgan put in my hair.
