This is another catching-up post, since I didn’t blog last night. I got too busy trying to get a work-out in and making a snack to share for Music Camp. I’ve got more snack-making to do tonight, so this is going to be a quick post.
Breakfast was a quick PB and mini WW bagel before the kids got to the church.
Since Morgan helped with Music Camp yesterday, we went out to lunch afterwards. My camera battery ran out, though, so I didn’t get a picture. I had a spinach quesadilla.
We had a dinner of left-overs. Mine included the eggplant and some steamed broccoli with a wedge of LC cheese.
I walked about 50 minutes around the neighborhood with my dad. You can’t go wrong with walking!
Since I’d made HG’s De-Pudged Pigs in a Blanket for the snack room last night, I planned to have those for breakfast. Sorry, I didn’t get a picture. I’ll try to remember to tomorrow.
For lunch I left-over steak, cantaloupe, and a few left-over baked fries. I also had a Banana Oatmeal Chip cookie for dessert.
I had one of my favorite meals for dinner– pasta with chicken and basil pesto. Dad also made some amazing green beans. This was such a great meal and just looking at the picture makes me want more!
This afternoon, I had the pool all to myself (doesn’t happen like ever) so I took full advantage and did 10 minutes of water jogging, followed by 10 minutes of treading water, followed by 40 minutes of reading (oh, reading isn’t exercise?). I really wanted to get in a run, too, so I ran about 2.25 miles.
Alright, I’d better start making those cup cakes. I’ll see you tomorrow!
