I can’t believe I’m actually blogging about what I ate the day that I ate it again! It’s been such a busy week.
Did anyone even notice that I didn’t do a weigh-in last week?! I got so busy last week that I actually forgot about it. This week has been filled with FOOD so I was pretty scared to look at the number on the scale this morning for fear that it would be back up about 5 pounds. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the number was exactly the same as it was when I stepped on it 2 weeks ago. Yeah, I didn’t lose, but I didn’t gain, either. I really haven’t been counting my calories until today, so hopefully the number will go down by next Friday.
Food and Fun
I think y’all know what this is by now ;) [Yellow grits with 2 wedges LC cheese.]
Pasta with pesto and chicken, a side of potato salad, and a cherry coke zero hit the spot at lunchtime.
After lunch, I hit the pool for some sun, reading, and activity. It was a beautiful and hottt day.
I did some treading water for about 15 minutes while I cooled off.
My dinner was amazing. I had salmon with pesto, cantaloupe, couscous, and yellow squash.
Oh my! How did that get on my plate?!
I wasn’t feeling motivated to do a workout today, but I knew I needed to. So I walked with my friend Leslie Sansone. I did the 4-mile.

Goal of the Week
My goal this week (starting tomorrow) is to do 60 minutes of activity every day except Friday. The Peachtree Road Race is Saturday, so I need to get in some activity before then!
