Peachtree Road Race Reflections
Even though Ididn’t walk the whole thing, I still feel very good about it.
I think I walked a little over half of it.
The last time I ran it, I did it by myself, but it was miserable because I hadn’t trained at all. I’m so glad I trained this year to make it enjoyable.
Next year’s goal is to do it under an hour and ten minutes. Maybe a lofty goal, but I think it’s doable.
Continue with 60 minutes (at least) of cardio each day. I met this goal last week, so I know I can again.
Keep up with my food log on SparkPeople, and email my stats to Mom at the end of each day to keep me accountable.
Drink 8+ glasses of water each day.
