I’ve finished everything on my To Do list now! I just completed Level One of The Shred. It was tough, but I’m happy to have it completed. I’ve decided I’m going to actually do the 30 Day Shred Challenge, with today as Day One. Hold me to it!
Breakfast was a bowl of yum. Yellow grits with 2 Laughing Cow light cheese wedges.
Emily introduced this to me, and I’ve been wanting to try out the Crack Wrap, for a while now, but have been a little nervous that I’d be let down.
I was not let down! I used a Lavash wrap, 1 slice of Kraft 2% cheese, and Roasted Garlic Sabra hummus. It paired perfectly with some grapes dipped in AB.
For dinner, I started out with this big salad with butter lettuce, spinach, carrot, and cucumber. I topped it with some parmesan cheese.
This is a small yellow squash, scooped out and then filled with onion, tomato, and cheese. It was pretty good, but could have used more flavor. Maybe feta cheese and some seasoning?
That was alongside some fish au gratin. The fish was so creamy and lovely.
After dinner, I cleaned my bathroom and my bedroom, and emailed my new room mate. Now I’m going to go drink my reward coke zero, and get ready for bed (I’m such a party animal!). I know I mentioned earlier that school starts soon, but I have to keep reminding myself of that fact. It’s pretty sad. I’ve really enjoyed my lazy summer days.
