Hi there! I hope everyone had a pain-free Monday.
Lunch was some delicious pasta with chicken and pesto.
I started dinner out with a green salad with cucumber and feta cheese.
We also had pork chops with tons of green beans and yellow squash.
Today was day three of my Shred Challenge. Since yesterday was my rest day, I really wasn’t sore at all today. Until I started the lunges. I could totally feel my muscles working hard, and it hurt so good. I can already tell it’s getting easier, but it’s not easy. Three days in, and I think I’m doing really well!
Post-Workout Snack/ Dessert
I was feeling a little shaky after my workout and shower, and realized I hadn’t had any whole grains with dinner. I thought Peach Chobani with banana cheerios sounded like the perfect post-workout snack. And now I feel great!
Tomorrow my eating will be thrown off a little because I’m meeting one of my new room mates for lunch. I’m not really excited about going back to school, but I do love my college town. I just love the mountains! I hope you all have a fantastic Tuesday!!
