I was woken up by joggers chanting this morning, but it was right before my alarm was set to go off, so it wasn’t a big deal. I’m not a morning person at all, and am pretty lazy in the morning, so I normally don’t even put on make-up. I had some extra time, though, and actually put some on. That is a big deal for me!
I took this Kashi TLC bar to class, and ate half during our break.
After class, I needed a quick lunch so I could get some homework done before Spanish class.
I spread filled a pita with some hummus and a little chicken, and some grapes on the side.
The good thing about having Spanish 3 times a week, is that the class is fairly short and goes really fast. By the time I got back, i was really hungry, and had the other half of the TLC bar to hold off my hunger a few hours.
Finally, I started dinner around 5:30. When we were at the Super H Mart this past Saturday, they were out of the mini rice cakes :( They only had the larger ones, and they just didn’t turn out as good.
Even though this looks kind of ugly, and even though the rice cakes weren’t as good as the mini version, the stir fry still turned out pretty well.
It’s been so long since I’ve purposefully worked out. Yes, I’ve been walking up and down hills and stairs, but I really need to get in a good sweat session in tomorrow. I’m writing this so that I will actually do it!
