So I my body definitely caught up on sleep last night and this morning. In typical college student style, I woke up too late to have a need for breakfast.
Instead, I just made myself an extra big bowl of spaghetti for lunch.
I really hate that I woke up too late to have breakfast. It makes me feel like I’m reverting to my old habits. I guess as long as this doesn’t happen except every now and then, I’ll be okay. Still, I used up the last of my spaghetti sauce on top of some whole wheat pasta.
After digesting and a few hours of reading for my Education classes, I decided to hit the gym again. Today, I did 25 minutes on the elliptical, which completely wore my leg muscles out, and then did 15 minutes on the stationary bike (feel free to tell me if I’m messing up the names of equipment). I could have kept going on the bike, but it really hurts my butt. I thought for sure I’d have enough cushioning down there to keep it from hurting, but it just is really uncomfortable. How you you all make it bearable?
After that, I was really hungry, but couldn’t think of what I was in the mood for.
I wanted to thank you all for your kind words and congratulations about my going to the gym yesterday. Every one of them meant a lot to me.
My goal is to get in bed by 11:30. Last night, I didn’t quite meet that goal (hence the sleeping in way too late). I’ve just got a couple pages out of my Spanish work book to do, which shouldn’t take me too long.
