I ate this cereal with some strawberry yogurt. I have to say it was a little too crunchy for me at first, but once it soaked in the yogurt for a couple minutes it was good and I loved the flavor. If you like something really, really crunchy, you’ll love this.
Loved it. I’ll be using this idea again, I’m sure.
Dinner was sort of just made up.
I sautéed/steamed (not really sure which it would be considered) a cubed sweet potato, half a chopped sweet onion, lots of diced garlic, some green beans, and black beans.
This turned out really delicious. I’ve got about half of what I cooked left.
I had an un-photographed Weight Watchers ice cream for dessert.
I’ve got a busy day tomorrow, full of homework and classes and the gym. I’m looking forward to the weekend already!
