Hello all! My day has been full of food and cleaning. Since I’m living with two other people, I like to go over the apartment once a week to hopefully keep us from spreading sickness germs to each other.
Before I started cleaning, I had breakfast to fuel me.
I had my leftover pancakes from last week for breakfast, along with a banana on the side. I did drizzle a little agave nectar on the pancakes.
For breakfast, I fixed up a can of tomato soup. I added a large tomato, some onion, and minced garlic. With my portion, I mixed in a spoonful of plain nonfat Chobani Greek yogurt to make it creamier.
I also tried these sea salt and vinegar chips from popchips. I can’t say I liked them. Kelley commented the other day asking me to review them, but I’ve just never liked salt and vinegar flavored chips. I could only eat 3 before I just closed the bag. I’ll take them home this weekend for my mom.
My birthday is coming up, and like most girls my age, I’ve been thinking what to ask my parents for. I know that sounds greedy or whatever, but my mom usually asks what I want, so I’ll tell her. Well this year, I’ve decided to be like an old lady and just ask to spend time with my family and friends for my birthday. This sounds really cheesy, but I’ll gladly admit I’m full of cheese. I know I won’t be able to see all my family on my birthday, but I do know someone I’ll be able to see that I haven’t seen in a while, so that’s what will make me happy. So Mom, since I know you’re reading this, that’s what will make me happy, and I hope you’ll be happy for me. [I’m pretty sure none of that made sense unless you’re in my mind, which is why I’m not a writer.]
I’m going to get in bed now. Busy day tomorrow!
