It’s been a busy, busy day! I’ve got to make this quick so I can get back to my Spanish work that’s due at midnight. At least the weather was absolutely beautiful today.
Even though I was so tired, I did make it to the gym. I did 5 minutes on the stair master, 10 minutes on the stat. bike, and 35 minutes on the elliptical.
After the gym, I was excited to make a smoothie with this Acai powder that Navitas Naturals sent me to try.

In the Smoothie
- scoop Acai powder
- frozen banana
- 1 c. Almond Breeze
- 1 tbs. almond butter
I know the mix sounds strange, but I really liked it. Not sure if I could really taste the acai (not sure if you’re supposed to taste it, actually), but the banana and almond butter actually made it taste more like a milkshake than a smoothie. The best part was that it was healthy!
I really don’t like having the same dinner two nights in a row, but I really just needed something quick and easy tonight, so ravioli with pesto it was.
Like I said, at least it was a beautiful day here.
