The first few weeks and the last few weeks of the semester are always the busiest. Right now I’m in the middle of the first few. Lately, I’ve been eating lots of these:

Sunday night, a friend and I were wanting to make something sweet for a little treat.
We settled on While Chocolate Delight from Cook Yourself Thin Faster.
This was such an easy recipe that really made plain yogurt taste so decadent. Unfortunately, it is not quite strawberry season, so I had to substitute banana, but I can’t wait to try the recipe with strawberries this summer!
