I am so excited for some great fruit this spring and summer! Look at this plate of scrumptious fruit that my Grandma fixed up for me yesterday.
She reads the blog whenever she can, so she made sure to make this fruit plate nice and pretty for me to take a picture.
My family really so sweet and supportive of me.
This week has been Spring Break for me, and I’ve been having such a great time. Wednesday and Thursday were spent with my friend Krystyna at my Grandma’s house. We has such a great time just relaxing and watching movies and eating delicious food. We even went to the Whistle Stop Cafe, which is where Fried Green Tomatoes was filmed. I’ve been before and it’s such a neat little place to visit. Thanks, Grandma, for making our visit so much fun!
Tonight is the neighborhood’s monthly Bunco night. Mom and I are taking a light version of Texas Caviar, and I’ll post the recipe if it’s a hit. For now, here’s what I had for dinner.
I also want to thank you all for your sweet comments. I have gotten the kindest comments in the past few days, and I’m so thankful for you all! Have a great weekend, everyone.
